[Verse 1] How it works
Three steps from a recording to a video.
Bring the song
Upload a WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC, or MP4 up to 20 minutes. Paste or import the lyrics you actually sang, in Spanish or English.
Time the words
Automatic timing finds each word in the recording. Replay any phrase, nudge a line, or tap the timing in yourself. You keep the final say on every word.
Make it yours
Pick a layout, a typeface, and how the words move. Export an MP4 for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, or your feed.
[Chorus] Layouts
Five layouts. Every size you post.
Each layout works in landscape, vertical, portrait, and square. Start from one, bring your own artwork or a video clip, and change the colors and type until it belongs to the song.

[Bridge] Timing
Timing you can trust, then touch.
Automatic timing places each word at the moment it is sung. If your lyrics and your recording disagree, the studio says so instead of guessing.
Every word stays yours to adjust. Replay a phrase, move a line by a tenth of a second, or tap the whole song in by hand. Text edits keep the timing of every word that did not change.
[Verse 3] Liner notes
What is in the studio.
- Eighteen typefaces
- Search by name or genre, then audition each face on your own lyrics before you apply it.
- Motion
- Subtle, Karaoke, Reveal, or Punch phrase motion. Color, Lift, or Underline on each word.
- Song sections
- Tag verses, choruses, and bridges inside your lyrics. Give each one its own colors and energy.
- Cards
- Place a title, a dedication, or credits over the intro, the outro, or an instrumental break.
- Song info
- Show the title, your name, or a transparent logo at the start and end, plus a small credit during the song.
- Backing vocals
- Lines in parentheses get their own lane. Show or hide them without touching the audio.
- Four sizes
- Landscape, vertical, portrait, and square, with presets for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and feed posts.
- Exports
- H.264 MP4 at 30 fps, rendered in the background while you keep working. SRT captions and a project backup too. Export the whole song or a clip.
[Breakdown] Questions
Questions before you press play.
Do I need to supply the lyrics?
Paste the performed lyrics, import a text file, or ask for an automatic draft to start from. Supplying your own lyrics gives you control over spelling, phrasing, and exactly which words appear. Spanish and English are supported.
What audio can I use?
WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC, or MP4 files up to 256 MB and 20 minutes. Uploading only saves the recording. Nothing is processed until you ask for timing.
How good is the automatic timing?
It places every word it can find in the recording and marks anything it is unsure about for review. If your lyrics and your recording disagree, the studio tells you why instead of guessing. You can replay any phrase and adjust any word, or time the whole song by hand.
What about ad-libs and backing vocals?
Wrap backing lines in parentheses and they get their own lane in the video. You can show or hide them and adjust their timing. This is a presentation choice, not vocal separation, so heavily overlapping vocals may need a manual pass.
Is there a watermark?
Yes. Every preview and export carries a small “Made with thesis.app” mark in a bottom corner, kept clear of your lyrics and credits. Removing it is not available yet.
Can I use it today?
thesis.app is a private preview being tested with real songs. Public accounts and pricing come after that. Until then, manual and automatic timing are both free for people in the preview.
